Senior Software Developer (Frontend - React)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer(Frontend-React) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design and implementation of our new Help Center, which will serve as the primary communication hub between WorkMotion clients and our internal operations team,

What your Tech Stack will look like...

-CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript, Redux, Micro front-end

-Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL

-Identity Provider: Okta

-Cloud: AWS

-Tools: Github, JIRA, Confluence

What you’ll do...

-Develop a flexible and well-structured front-end architecture

Construct visualizations that are able to depict vast amounts of data.

-Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team.

-Help define the coding standards and best practices for our engineering team as we grow.

-Support for good coding standards and coding best practices

Work with our Design/UX team to create modern UIs

Work with the UX and Data team to deliver key analytics about how users interact with our applications.

What we’re looking for...

-At least 6 years of combined experience developing frontend technologies e.g.

-JavaScript, Typescript, HTML 5, CSS

-The candidate must have strong experience in frameworks, Ideally (React)

-Solid knowledge of responsive application design

-Good communication and problem-solving skills

-Strong CSS skills

-Understanding and desire to work with Agile software development methodology

-Understanding of Components design patterns in the front-end development

-Understanding of separation of concerns in MVC architecture

-Be a proponent of testable, scalable solution

Nice to have:

Experience with headless CMS as an example: Contentful
