We are now looking for a Senior Software Architect. Do you love to provide innovative solutions and enjoy working on sophisticated problems? NVIDIA is looking for extraordinary software architect like you to join us in our journey of building software for most performant AI servers.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Research, design and develop solutions involving innovative software, AI and hardware technologies.

  • Work closely with various groups within NVIDIA to accelerate testing, validation and insights around cluster deployment.

  • Perform proof-of-concept and simulation development to evaluate and drive pioneering field tooling.

  • Lead and enhance NVIDIA's future tooling to accelerate the delivery of AI factories.

  • Ensure scalable and secure application architecture adhering to performance and compliance requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across engineering teams.

What we need to see:

  • Hold an advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering from a leading university or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of industry experience in full stack software development with strong programming and software development skills.

  • 3+ years proven experience architecting sophisticated software solutions.

  • Ability and flexibility to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment.

  • Tried and tested software delivery track record.

  • Excellent leadership and written communication skills.

  • Familiarity with architecting the deployment of full stack web applications and working with microservices.

  • Previous experience building advanced ETL pipelines with AI integration using platforms such as Databricks.

  • Experience working with the following languages and frameworks: Python, Rust, Angular, React.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in HPC and/or AI training.

  • Knowledge of LLMs and agentic workflows.

  • Have experience and passion for system architecture, CPU/GPU/memory, storage and networking.

  • Proven experience in creative problem solving whilst delivering quality products.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 120,000 USD - 189,750 USD for Level 3, and 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
