About The Role 

We are seeking a Senior Service Program Manager to lead services delivery work streams at Prophecy's most strategic customers. This role will straddle translating pre sales technical validation, into customer success onboarding, and parallel professional services delivery. This is a "player / coach" role, and you will use the experience from guiding services delivery at Prophecy's strategic customers to develop standardized services offerings, sales collateral, and collateral to support services delivery across sales engineering, customer success, and professional services teams. You will own resourcing and operational reporting for the professional services business.

This leader will report to our VP of Professional Services, and will be a critical business partner to our sales leadership and enablement teams globally, as well as to our legal, and our corporate finance teams. 

You Will:

  • Build execution plans for our most strategic customer programs, resource for delivery on those plans, and manage customer expectations for these strategic services projects
  • Act as "player / coach" to initially manage execution of first professional services projects to develop reusable collateral and coach delivery teams on how to best execute
  • Partner with our leadership team to develop and execute on the vision for professional services - present and roadmap
  • Partner with our finance team and sales teams to develop a pricing, packaging, and discount strategy for professional services offerings
  • Partner with our legal team to develop standardized contracting terms and contracting vehicles for selling professional services
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies for professional services offerings
  • Accurately forecast services revenue and projected team resource utilization to enable capacity planning against revenue delivery
  • Lead strategy for key performance metrics for professional services including revenue, margin, utilization, and customer satisfaction
  • Own the PSA tooling and automation with other key business systems
  • Drive reporting requirements, report development, and system configuration to support bookings, revenue, utilization, and margin reporting to the business

Ideally You Would Have:

  • 8+ years in professional services leadership roles
  • Experience building a professional services organization within a startup organization
  • Experience administering a PSA tool - configuration, reporting, and resource management
  • Deep understanding of finance and revenue topics as related to professional services
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop top quality reusable collateral for enablement and selling
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure, working with globally distributed teams
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, and rapid growth, startup environment
