Job Role and Responsibility:
Provide design, development, testing, and production support through the entire software development life cycle and within application layers (i.e. presentation, business logic, and data); develop, implement, and integrate new capabilities to improve customer/employer experiences; support the Customer Excellence Enterprise function, serving the Conduct Management line of business as well as other business functions that input, research, and investigate conduct allegations for case management solutions; facilitate Agile processes within the team with cross-functional impacts involving project, non-project, and maintenance work; follow generally accepted Agile practices and daily activities in order to promote prioritization, team readiness, and commitment for each cycle; deliver capabilities using Agile practices while also following the development life cycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure that all risk, security, and development requirements are met; communicate delivery of work products and escalate key risks and issues; address systemic impediments to team agility and guide the team on escalation methods when needed to prevent challenges from becoming project road blocks; use empirical data to help the team assess their Agile maturity; optimize team velocity to organizational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities to achieve higher levels of team performance; identify skills and competencies of team members and make adjustments to promote team development; and partner with product owners to ensure the continuous refinement of backlogs. Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure no GAPs in the implementation. Understanding and drive the requirements with the 'Analytics' space. Knowledge in creating reports around 'Objective Key Result' metrics. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address for at least 3 days per week.

Required Qualifications:
Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
Amount and type of experience required: 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving application development and implementation along with Agile and Software Engineering experience.
Specific skills required:
Specific skills required: • 4 years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master; • 4 years of experience in Conduct Management or related area for large financial institution; Experience with Application Programming Interfaces (API); Technical understanding and experience with Distributed Applications; Strong understanding of Generative AI model safety and accuracy, with awareness of ethical and risk considerations; In-depth knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows in generative AI applications; Understanding of Google Gen AI capabilities including Vertex AI, Gemini Models, DialogFlow; and • Knowledge of NLP(Natural language processing) and LLMs( large Language Models).
