The Senior Salesforce Engineer will implement and optimize Salesforce components including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flows, and support integrations with ServiceNow and Microsoft Entra.

- Location: 100 percent remote but within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Lightning Web Components for the Customer Blue Frame controlled-embed wrapper, the boundary warning modal, the entitlement dashboard, the software downloads UI, the branded sign-in surface, and the case history display.
- Develop Apex classes including the Customer’s Service Now token broker, the entitlement consumption writeback, and the ServiceNow deep link SSO exchange.
- Implement the customer registration Salesforce Flow including provisioning of the Entra External ID identity via Microsoft Graph and creation of the Salesforce Contact, Account, and Experience Cloud external user.
- Implement the Salesforce-to-ServiceNow SAML 2.0 deep link integration and case status callback handling.
- Configure the Experience Cloud site theme, navigation, footer, local search, and declarative content per the approved information architecture.
- Implement Full Scope components including the Latest Announcements scheduled job, federated search, and the Security Blog, Training, and Product Videos controlled-embed pages.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and accessibility validation (WCAG 2.1 AA via axe-core in CI/CD).
- Remediate findings from Salesforce Health Check and Tenable scanning of LWC and Apex artifacts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing with defect triage and remediation.
- Support production cutovers for both the July 1, 2026 Base milestone and the August 3, 2026 Full Scope milestone, including Week 1 hypercare.
- Three or more years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce Flow.
- Demonstrated experience building Salesforce Experience Cloud sites for external users.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Identity, Connected Apps, and integration patterns (REST callouts, SAML SSO, OIDC).
- Experience with sandbox-based development, SFDX, and Salesforce metadata deployment tooling.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Prior Salesforce Government Cloud Plus experience or comparable FedRAMP authorized environments.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow.
- Experience with Microsoft Entra (External ID or Azure AD B2C) federation.
- Familiarity with FOCI-mitigated, ITAR, or NIST 800-171 / CMMC environments.
- Experience with GitLab + SFDX + Copado or Gearset CI/CD pipelines.
- Active or recent federal compliance onboarding (NSA training or equivalent).
