Solution Development:

• Design and implement scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions.

• Build custom applications and integrations, ensuring high-quality output with every delivery.

Technical Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure quality delivery.

• Provide code reviews and guidance as needed, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Integration & Data Management:

• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.

• Ensure smooth data integration and maintain consistency across systems.

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Write comprehensive test classes (both positive and negative) to ensure code quality and system reliability.

• Conduct self-testing to verify functionality and performance before handing off to QA.

• Leave the codebase in a better state than you found it, continuously improving functionality and maintainability.
   

Optimization & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Salesforce environment.

• Optimize existing solutions for performance and scalability.
   

Collaboration & Mentorship:

• Work closely with the Senior Solution Architect to deliver projects.

• Mentor junior team members and assist with knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience

• Certifications requirements: Salesforce Platform Developer 1, Salesforce Platform Developer 2 (strongly preferred), and any other Salesforce certifications

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and data modeling.

• Experience with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and source control.

• Familiarity with business processes and cross-cloud implementations (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).

• Data management: SOQL performance tuning, data loader, ETL tools.

• Testing & Quality: Writing test classes with >90% coverage, mocking frameworks, static code analysis tools.

• Solution design: Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Agile familiarity: Participate in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives.

• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and design artifacts.

• Experience working with third party applications that integrate into Salesforce

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand and walk for prolonged period of time throughout the work day

• Ability to use standard office equipment such as personal computer, laptop, telephone, photocopy machine, etc.
