We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a large-scale Salesforce platform used for statewide public health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
- Support production issues, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root-cause analysis.
- Design and maintain API and MuleSoft/enterprise integrations.
- Manage deployments through CI/CD, DevOps, and version control.
- Implement Salesforce security, encryption, auditing, and governance standards.
- Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.
- Train and mentor internal Salesforce teams.
Required Experience:
- 11+ years of enterprise application development.
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 5+ years of Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- 5+ years supporting complex enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Strong API/integration and middleware experience.
- Experience with Salesforce security, CI/CD, DevOps, and technical documentation.
Salesforce advanced certifications and experience with public-sector, regulated, or statewide systems are highly preferred.
