About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with a strong development background to design, implement, and optimize our processes within the Salesforce ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with internal business stakeholders, engineering peers, and GTM leaders to ensure our Salesforce instance is scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical architecture and business partnership, has experience working in fast-growth environments, and enjoys building systems that scale with the business.
What You'll Accomplish
- Architect, configure, and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approvals) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
- Build and optimize quoting, pricing, and complex product configurations
- Serve as a technical leader within the Revenue Tech team, guiding best practices around development, configuration, and integrations
- Partner with GTM, Success, Finance, and other internal teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and data integrity across Salesforce and integrated systems
- Create comprehensive architectural diagrams, process flows, and solution documentation
- Support the evaluation and selection of technologies, tools, and third-party applications that complement the end-to-end ecosystem
Your Expertise
- 6+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and managing Salesforce environments
- 5+ Salesforce Certifications, including Application and System Architect certification, Salesforce CPQ certification
- Proven experience designing and deploying Salesforce solutions in high-growth or large-scale environments.
- Track record of engaging with internal stakeholders, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,200 - $205,000 annually + equity + benefits
- Equity is a substantial part of the total compensation package
