The Opportunity
With Sitetracker’s customer base rapidly expanding, we’re seeing increased demand for scalable solution delivery using out-of-the-box features and declarative customization. The Senior Solution Engineer I plays a vital role in meeting this demand — helping us handle a growing project workload, increasing billable output, and ultimately contributing to top-line revenue growth.
This role offers the chance to work in a product-led company where your time is fully focused on feature development — no support work. You’ll have the autonomy to own projects end-to-end, working directly with customers to understand their business, design tailored solutions, and deliver tangible value. For high performers, it’s an opportunity to stretch your skills across analysis, consulting, and delivery — all within a collaborative team environment of Developers, Architects, and QAs.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Solution Engineer I, you’ll take full ownership of your projects, working hands-on with Sitetracker customers to understand their business needs and translate them into impactful solutions. Your role will involve managing your own workload, maintaining a strong utilization rate of 80%, and delivering high-quality, on-time outcomes that align with customer expectations and business goals.
You’ll build deep product expertise and use it to configure, develop, and deliver scalable solutions using Sitetracker’s out-of-the-box features. From discovery to deployment, you’ll lead the entire feature development lifecycle, ensuring that every solution you design not only meets technical requirements but also adds measurable value to the customer.
This role involves close collaboration with internal teams — including Developers, Architects, and QAs — allowing you to deepen your technical knowledge and broaden your understanding of implementation best practices. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining clear and proactive communication with customers, managing expectations, and ensuring that commitments are consistently met.
Success in this role will be measured not only by your technical capability but also by your ability to deliver quality work, follow best practices, and drive efficiency through smart time and project management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoy solving real-world challenges with technology, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.
