The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on flow and Apex development. Knowledge or experience with Conga documents is a plus.

In this role you will:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user accounts, profiles, and permissions

  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, and relationships

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce flows and Apex triggers

  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems with thorough understanding of API’s and synchronization, including limits

  • Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues

  • Provide training and support to Salesforce users

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices

  • Work closely with stakeholders for criteria and follow-up

Role Requirements:

  • Salesforce Senior Administrator certification

  • Platform App Developer II Certification a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce flow development and Apex development

  • Experience with Conga (document creation and automation) a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
