We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Salesforce Administrator / Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, advanced development, and cross-functional platform strategy. This role goes beyond day-to-day administration — you will own the Salesforce, lead complex technical initiatives and act as the internal subject matter expert for all things Salesforce.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the design, architecture, and continuous improvement of Salesforce across the organization.
- Lead the development of scalable custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and third-party integrations.
- Define and enforce Salesforce governance standards, including security models, data integrity, and release management processes.
- Architect and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics frameworks that drive strategic business decisions.
- Proactively identify platform inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve performance, automation, and user adoption.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects independently, from requirements gathering through delivery and post-launch support.
- Design and manage complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and native connectors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to translate strategic requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive Salesforce release cycles, managing sandbox environments, deployment pipelines, and change management.
- Lead, mentor, and upskill junior Salesforce team members and business users.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive documentation library covering architecture decisions, configurations, and development standards.
- Evaluate and champion new Salesforce features, products (including Agentforce and AI capabilities), and ecosystem tools to keep the platform ahead of business needs.
What you'll need to have:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required); Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, or Architect certifications strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including both administration and development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules).
- Deep experience with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and field-level security.
- Proven track record designing and delivering complex Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato), and native connectors.
- Hands-on experience with or strong interest in Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce features.
- Experience with DevOps tooling for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, SFDX/SF CLI).
- Strong analytical and architectural thinking with the ability to evaluate trade-offs and recommend scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to lead projects autonomously and drive cross-functional alignment.
- High attention to detail with a strong ownership mentality.
