The Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter, GTM to drive hiring for our rapidly expanding go-to-market teams across Marketing, Finance, Operations and Partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, loves building, and wants to shape the DNA of a world-class commercial organization.
You’ll own full-cycle recruiting from intake to close, partner closely with leadership to forecast and plan hiring, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Eve’s culture of excellence and elevation.

What you will do:

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS)—from intake and sourcing to offer and close.
  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM and executive leadership, aligning hiring priorities with growth plans and performance goals.
  • Build talent pipelines proactively, leveraging market intelligence, data, and creative sourcing to attract diverse, high-performing talent.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects Eve’s culture of speed, clarity, and care.
  • Use data to drive decisions—track funnel metrics, analyze conversion rates, and partner with RevOps and People Analytics to continuously improve recruiting efficiency.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tooling, and best practices as we scale from dozens to hundreds of hires.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops, Finance, and Hiring Managers to deliver forecasting accuracy, compensation alignment, and hiring velocity.

Who You Are:

  • 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a high-growth tech company; GTM recruiting experience required.
  • Known for being a strategic thought partner to leadership—balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Strong sourcing capability and talent-market fluency (especially across Sales, Marketing, and CS profiles).
  • Skilled at using data and analytics to inform strategy and optimize conversion rates.
  • Passionate about building systems—not just filling roles.
  • A builder mindset: resourceful, proactive, and energized by rapid growth and constant iteration.
  • Excellent communicator who elevates the candidate and hiring-manager experience through clarity, empathy, and accountability.
