The Senior Sales Process Specialist engages customers, coordinates sales processes, develops quotes, and supports account managers while ensuring compliance with TIC certification requirements.

- This is a Hybrid position requiring 3 days/week in our Lowell, AR location
- Engages with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address inquiries and admin-related activities
- Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting TIC certification requirements and product or service adoption timelines
- Works autonomously within established procedures to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools
- Client follow-up and aid in turning quotes into orders. Process quotes into Orders using ERP
- Support account managers & SE/ISEs by performing included but not limited to admin-related tasks
- May act as a lead, coordinating and facilitating the work of others but is not a supervisor
- Connects customer to appropriate UL personnel (Account Manager, SEs/ISEs, delivery teams and engineers, etc.) when appropriate
- Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of account and account opportunities
- Collaborates with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure that the customer receives the proper message to ensure complete understanding and results requested
- Proposes improvements to processes
- Based on the relationship and deep understanding of the customer and needs, provides input to account manager or SE/ISE to inform sales strategy where applicable
- Build an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to
- anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS' customer experience
- Meet established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
- 6+ years of related experience
- Business acumen and a sufficient understanding of business sales processes
- Sufficient understanding of core UL products / services for aligned industry to effectively generate quotes.
- Experience managing internal systems and data sources
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- English proficiency preferred.
What We Offer:
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $90,000 to $102,000. which includes a base salary of $75,000. - $85,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 20% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
- This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
