This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.
All About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction, you will be a key partner in driving growth for Electrolux’s aftermarket business. This role is at the center of customer support, order management, and data analysis, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while enabling strategic growth. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, analyze performance, and implement solutions that improve processes, strengthen compliance, and build customer trust. This is a role for someone who thrives in problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately process customer orders, requests, and data in ERP systems to ensure smooth fulfillment
Track performance against customer compliance programs; analyze issues and drive solutions to reduce penalties
Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to align on goals and improve processes
Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to manage credit lines, past dues, and credit holds
Develop solutions to operational and organizational challenges, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
Manage analytical reporting to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business growth
Flex between day-to-day execution and strategic projects, contributing at multiple levels of the business
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience a plus
Experience analyzing data and creating reports to track customer performance
