This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, Consumer Direct Interaction, you will be a key partner in driving growth for Electrolux’s aftermarket business. This role is at the center of customer support, order management, and data analysis, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while enabling strategic growth. You’ll collaborate across multiple teams, analyze performance, and implement solutions that improve processes, strengthen compliance, and build customer trust. This is a role for someone who thrives in problem-solving, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders, requests, and data in ERP systems to ensure smooth fulfillment

  • Track performance against customer compliance programs; analyze issues and drive solutions to reduce penalties

  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to align on goals and improve processes

  • Collaborate with Finance and AR teams to manage credit lines, past dues, and credit holds

  • Develop solutions to operational and organizational challenges, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Manage analytical reporting to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business growth

  • Flex between day-to-day execution and strategic projects, contributing at multiple levels of the business

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Customer Service

  • Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience a plus

  • Experience analyzing data and creating reports to track customer performance
