About the Role:
3E is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing Commercial team. In this high-visibility, high-impact role, you will drive enterprise-level growth by building strong relationships with key decision-makers and relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities across a dynamic, expanding market.
This role is built for a true hunter, someone who doesn’t wait for leads but actively creates them. You take full ownership of the top of the funnel, using research, insight, and persistence to identify and engage the right prospects.
You’re energized by outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and building strategic relationships from scratch. With a strong command of your territory and a clear understanding of your buyer, you know how to open doors, build trust, and convert conversations into qualified pipeline.
You operate with urgency and precision, navigating complex sales cycles and driving high-value deals forward from first meeting to close. If you thrive in a self-driven environment where building and owning your pipeline is not just expected—but celebrated—this is your stage to lead and win.
What You'll Do
- Drive Enterprise Growth: Lead new business sales across our three core product families—Chemical & Workplace Safety, Product Safety & Stewardship, and Supply Chain & Sustainability—targeting large, complex enterprise organizations.
- Generate and Scale Pipeline: Proactively build and expand a self-generated pipeline by leveraging strategic market mapping, personalized outreach, and your established enterprise network to drive sustained revenue growth.
- Own the Enterprise Sales Cycle: Manage complex sales cycles end-to-end—from initial discovery to contract closure—partnering with internal subject matter experts to deliver value-driven solutions, cross-sell across product lines, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Engage, Expand, and Elevate Relationships: Initiate and lead high-impact conversations with C-level executives and key decision-makers, aligning 3E’s innovative solutions with their strategic business goals to create long-term, high-value partnerships.
- Master Consultative Selling: Work closely with our industry experts to craft tailored proposals, manage product trials, and ensure solution alignment with client needs, positioning 3E as a trusted advisor in a rapidly evolving market.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 6+ years of direct experience in complex B2B sales, with a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota as an individual contributor. Experience selling regulatory compliance, EHS, supply chain, or related solutions is required.
- Proven success closing six-figure deals using a consultative selling approach, with a strong emphasis on self-generating pipeline and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of consistently identifying, pursuing, and winning new logo opportunities.
- Proficiency in pipeline management and sales activity tracking using tools like Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms.
- Robust negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, productive relationships with both external partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Impactful Work: Every day, you’ll contribute to initiatives that protect people, safeguard products, and help businesses thrive for an industry-leading organization.
- Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering excellence and innovation.
- Career Growth: We will set you up for success with a hands-on training program to equip you with the skills you’ll need to accomplish results. Enjoy opportunities for professional development in an environment that celebrates creativity, flexibility, and results.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: We offer a market-leading competitive incentive plan with an uncapped commission structure rewarding outperformance.
