Responsibilities
The Senior Sales Engineer is a full-time, remote role responsible for partnering with the sales team to drive adoption of NewCore’s identity platform. This role includes:
  • leading technical discovery with prospects, understanding customer requirements, and mapping them to NewCore’s capabilities through tailored demos and solution designs. 
  • Day-to-day activities involve preparing and delivering technical presentations, creating proof-of-concept environments, responding to technical questions, and guiding customers through evaluation and onboarding. 
  • Collaborates closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and to ensure successful integrations and deployments. This role also supports post-sales technical conversations, contributes to technical documentation, and helps refine go-to-market strategies with a focus on customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Strong Sales Engineering and technical pre-sales skills, including solution design and demo development.
  • Experience in Technical Support and troubleshooting complex customer environments.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record in Sales and consultative selling within B2B technology or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Customer Service mindset with a focus on building trust, understanding needs, and ensuring customer success.
  • Background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, or related enterprise security domains is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team, managing priorities and collaborating across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Comfort with occasional travel for key customer meetings, events, or team workshops when required
