The Sales Enablement Process Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational foundation of the newly formed Sales Enablement team. This role will partner with Sales and Relationship Management leadership to evaluate current-state processes, define and track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through process redesign, role clarity, and the strategic use of tools, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process evaluations across Sales Enablement and Relationship Management to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define, validate, and maintain key business metrics and dashboards.
  • Independently prioritize and organize process issues into actionable workstreams.
  • Facilitate and manage projects using structured methodologies including problem solving, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly to senior leaders and business partners.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Enablement and other business units to ensure smooth implementation of cross-functional changes and proactively manage dependencies.
  • Own project outcomes and team accountability, empowered to make decisions that drive results.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change; Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and apply automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent influencing and relationship-building capabilities across matrixed organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of Employee Benefits insurance, enrollment, and product processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
  • High energy, self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work arrangement.  Candidates who live near one of our offices will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work arrangement, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$86,400 - $129,600
