  • Translate compensation plan design into scalable system logic and calculations.

  • Partner with Finance and Accounting on monthly accruals, quarter-end true-ups, forecasting and financial close support by ensuring commission data is accurate, traceable, and audit-ready.

  • Align commission processes with commission expense policies and accounting requirements through partnership with Accounting.

  • Own crediting accuracy and data integrity by identifying discrepancies across Salesforce, billing and CaptivateIQ systems and performing root-cause analysis across data feeds, crediting logic, and system configuration.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and RevOps, providing clarity on compensation plans, attainment, and earnings while ensuring alignment between plan design and system logic

  • Build and maintain reporting and analytics that provide insights into compensation performance, plan effectiveness, and payout trends to support Sales, Finance, and RevOps decision-making.

  • Own calculation, logic, and data feed architecture within CaptivateIQ, including the validation, audit, and reconciliation frameworks that support accuracy and control.

  • Partner with RevOps and Data teams to improve upstream data quality and system integrations.

  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex commission and crediting issues.

Who You Are

  • Experience with complex commission structures including draws, ramps, accelerators, renewals, and related crediting logic

  • Experience troubleshooting data, logic, and calculation discrepancies

  • Strong Excel and Salesforce fluency

  • Ability to partner cross-functionally with senior leaders across Sales, Finance, Accounting, and RevOps

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities to improve calculation accuracy, auditability, scalability, and efficiency

  • Ability to communicate complex compensation logic, exceptions, and payout outcomes clearly to Sales, Finance, and leadership stakeholders

  •  Experience supporting commission accruals, audit requests, SOX-like controls, or close processes

On-Camera Policy

  • To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.

  • Being on camera fosters authentic connection, improves communication, and allows for full engagement from both candidates and interviewers.

  • We understand that technical, bandwidth, or location-related challenges may occasionally prevent video use. If this applies, candidates are required to notify us in advance so we can explore appropriate accommodations.
