ServiceTitan is looking for a highly motivated Technical Revenue Accounting Manager to play a key role within our Revenue Accounting Team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the growing revenue function while playing a strategic role in the Finance function and Revenue Operations of the company. What You’ll Do As the Technical Revenue Accounting Manager, you will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Technical Revenue Accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition across all business segments in accordance with US GAAP and the Company’s revenue recognition policies.

What you’ll do:

  • Analyzing complex customer contracts to identify key terms and ensure appropriate accounting treatment under ASC 606.

  • Validating revenue recognition within internal systems and proposing compliant solutions aligned with Company policy and relevant accounting standards.

  • Preparing revenue-related disclosures for SEC filings, including 10-Qs and 10-Ks.

  • Identifying and driving opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and scalability of revenue reporting processes and disclosures.

  • Drafting and maintaining comprehensive technical accounting memos to support revenue recognition conclusions and policy updates.

  • Maintaining and updating Standalone Selling Price (SSP) analyses for the Company’s product offerings.

  • Supporting Salesforce Billing and Workday Financials integration and enhancement projects to ensure seamless revenue system operations.

  • Collaborating with external auditors by providing required documentation and support for quarterly reviews and the annual audit.

  • Leading or supporting ad hoc analyses, system initiatives, and cross-functional projects as needed.

What you’ll bring:

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with a focus on revenue recognition, ideally including both public accounting and experience at a publicly traded SaaS company.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.

  • Deep expertise in ASC 606 and strong proficiency in evaluating complex, multi-element revenue arrangements.

  • Proven ability to interpret contractual language and apply appropriate revenue accounting treatment.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.

  • Experience with financial systems such as Salesforce Billing and Workday Financials preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $124,400 USD - $166,400 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
