- Calculate monthly revenue recognition entries and support month-end close activities related to revenue accounting.
- Partner with Client Success and Operations to ensure accurate contract setup, billing, and revenue treatment.
- Support integration of acquired entities and standardization of revenue recognition, billing, and collection processes.
- Develop and improve revenue accounting controls, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare audit schedules and respond to auditor requests related to revenue, accounts receivable, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue.
- Identify opportunities to automate billing, collections, and revenue accounting processes within NetSuite.
- Coordinate and prioritize revenue-related work across the accounting team, serving as the primary resource for billing, collections, and revenue recognition questions.
- Assist with monthly revenue forecasting, backlog analysis, and recurring revenue reporting.
- Lead special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned by the Controller and CFO.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred).

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ability to apply it to practical, day-to-day accounting activities.

- Proven success managing accounts receivable and collection processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, mentor, and coordinate the work of others without formal supervisory responsibility.
