About the opportunity:
Egen is seeking a highly collaborative, detail-oriented Senior Resource Management & Staffing Lead to own and operate our end-to-end staffing function across our global delivery teams. You will manage open staffing requests, maintain real-time visibility into consultant availability and utilization, and proactively identify gaps between demand and supply. • Match consultants to project roles based on skills, experience, availability, regionalities, utilization targets, and career development goals.

  • Process, Systems & Reporting
  • Design, improve, and operate scalable staffing and resource management processes, gaining alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Lead staffing cadences (e.g., weekly staffing meetings) and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Maintain and evolve skills inventories and resource data to support informed staffing decisions, while proactively identifying and influencing cross-department process improvements that enhance staffing accuracy, efficiency, and forward visibility.
  • Produce reporting and insights on utilization, capacity, staffing gaps, and trends for leadership.
  • Partner with Operations to enhance and optimize systems, including Certinia, Salesforce, and related tooling.
  • Strategic Support
  • Support mid- and long-term workforce planning aligned to Egen’s growth strategy.
  • Help leadership make informed decisions around utilization targets, team growth, and service line investment.
