Key responsibilities include overseeing and performing control processes and variance analysis, reviewing and preparing data submissions, and supporting change initiatives. Job expectations include preparing and analyzing financial reports, issue resolution (including data, process and system), performing risk analysis, working with a team and communicating effectively.

Position Summary:

Step into a high visibility role at the center of the company’s regulatory reporting process. This position offers the opportunity to shape the integrity of the firm’s most critical financial disclosures and influence key decisions across the organization.

As a senior contributor within the Regulatory Reporting function, you will lead the production, validation, and analytical review of activity reported in the FR Y 9C and FFIEC 031 filings, Consolidated Financial Statements for Holding Companies and Banks. Your work will directly support the firm’s standing with regulators and executive leadership, ensuring that reporting is consistently accurate, complete, timely, and fully aligned with regulatory standards.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner and subject matter expert to our Second and Third Lines of Defense, representing our regulatory processes in audits, examinations, and regulatory engagements. You will also oversee regulatory reporting for a diverse portfolio of locally regulated legal entities, including broker dealers and swap dealers—giving you exposure to complex products, emerging regulations, and cross jurisdictional requirements.

This is a role for someone who thrives on challenge and impact. You will drive critical control processes, lead variance and trend analysis, and provide meaningful insights that strengthen the reporting environment. You will influence reporting transformation efforts, shape data quality improvements, and tackle complex issues that span systems, processes, and financial products.

Success in this position means becoming a key voice in the firm’s regulatory reporting landscape—someone who can translate data into clarity, risk into action, and complexity into confidence.

  • Drives Operational Excellence initiatives to streamline processes improvements
  • Demonstrate initiative, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability in a dynamic regulatory landscape. Provide mentorship, guidance, and effective challenge within the reporting team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Regulatory Reporting.
  • Lead the preparation, review, and analytical assessment of U.S. regulatory filings—including FR Y‑9C and FFIEC 031—ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission in a well‑controlled environment.
  • Execute and strengthen key reporting controls, including trend analyses, variance reviews, cross‑report reconciliations, and other governance routines essential for high‑quality regulatory outcomes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory reporting instructions.
  • Monitor changes to regulatory reporting instructions and evolving business strategies, interpreting complex requirements and providing authoritative guidance to ensure full conformance with regulatory expectations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for local regulators, internal audit, Global Compliance & Operational Risk, and Quality Assurance teams. Manage cross‑report and cross‑schedule inquiries with precision and transparency.
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Build strong working relationships with data owners and stakeholders across multiple lines of business to support complete, accurate, and timely data submissions.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge.
