The Role
As a Regional Clinic Success Manager, you will drive strategic growth and operational excellence across assigned regional markets, taking ownership of comprehensive partner relationship management and cross-departmental performance accountability. You'll craft innovative growth strategies, maintain exceptional partner relationships through strategic onsite engagement, and ensure seamless coordination between clinical operations and business objectives.
The ideal candidate approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, excels at collaborative problem-solving, and demonstrates natural leadership in managing both partner relationships and onsite operational teams. You will serve as the primary strategic liaison between Enara and our partner clinics, conducting periodic onsite visits and online meetings to strengthen relationships with clinic owners and managers while overseeing agents who manage both member-facing and clinic-facing tactical operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute regional growth strategies in partnership with clinic owners and managers, identifying expansion opportunities and developing customized approaches for each market
- Conduct strategic partner meetings through periodic onsite visits to strengthen relationships with clinic owners and managers, assess operational health, and align on growth initiatives
- Proactively identify and develop new partnership opportunities within assigned regions through market analysis, relationship building, and strategic prospecting
- Lead partnership expansion initiatives including new service line introductions, market penetration strategies, and collaborative growth planning with clinic leadership
- Own comprehensive regional performance metrics including conversion rates, lead volume, member engagement, operational efficiency, and revenue targets across all assigned partner sites
- Conduct monthly partner health assessments through data analysis and onsite evaluations, identifying performance trends, growth opportunities, and potential operational challenges
- Drive cross-departmental accountability by tracking partnership-related KPIs and leading structured review processes with Operations, Growth, Product, Marketing, and Clinical teams
- Lead strategic performance reviews with partners, presenting actionable insights, growth recommendations, and collaborative solutions for optimization
- Manage and develop onsite agents across assigned regions, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight for both member-facing and clinic-facing operations
- Ensure consistent member experience standards across all regional partner sites through regular quality assessments, process optimization, and staff development
- Coordinate escalation resolution for complex operational issues, working collaboratively across internal teams to implement timely and effective solutions
- Implement and optimize operational processes and best practices based on regional performance data and partner feedback
- Serve as primary regional liaison maintaining strong communication channels with clinic owners, managers, and key stakeholders while ensuring rapid issue resolution
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging opportunities for partnership growth
- Deliver comprehensive monthly reports to leadership covering regional performance metrics, market insights, partnership health, and strategic growth recommendations
- Facilitate transparent feedback loops between partners and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Lead strategic initiatives including partner dashboard development, process optimization projects, and regional expansion planning
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless partnership deliverables, from clinical program implementation to marketing campaign execution
- Drive regional communication strategies including partner newsletters, event coordination, and growth initiative announcements
- Champion partner advocacy within internal teams, ensuring partner needs and feedback inform product development and operational improvements
