Who We Are
The Plumbing & Refrigeration Group is focused on attracting and developing top talent to support our diverse business units. As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and local leaders to ensure a high-quality and efficient hiring experience.

What You’ll Do
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for professional-level roles, partnering with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough intake conversations and collaborate with HRBPs to update job descriptions and competencies.
• Stay informed on market trends and industry insights to shape recruiting plans.
• Source, identify, and screen candidates using job boards, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Oversee the new hire process, including pre-employment steps, orientation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with HRBPs to design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Provide consistent updates to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment on recruiting activities.
• Support additional Talent Acquisition needs as assigned.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Workday experience is a plus.
• Targeted Selection Behavioral Interviewing certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, full-cycle hiring, and applicable employment laws.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruiting while balancing multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
• Clear and effective communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
