About This Role:

LiveKit is seeking a Senior Recruiter, Sales & Revenue to help us accelerate growth by hiring exceptional GTM talent. In this role, you’ll lead recruiting efforts across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations—owning the full lifecycle and serving as a strategic partner to our commercial leadership team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building pipelines, crafting outreach strategies, and advising hiring managers at a high level. You’ll shape the future of our revenue organization during a pivotal growth moment, elevate our hiring processes, and create an outstanding candidate experience. What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales & Revenue roles—including AEs, SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Partnerships, and RevOps.

  • Partner closely with GTM leaders to define role requirements, hiring profiles, capacity needs, and interview processes.

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-performing GTM talent through LinkedIn, Clay, networks, communities, referrals, and targeted outbound.

  • Manage pipeline development and forecasting, ensuring healthy top-of-funnel activity and predictable hiring timelines.

  • Conduct structured interviews focused on competencies, track record, quota performance, and cultural alignment.

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, communicating clearly, quickly, and empathetically throughout the process.

  • Provide data-driven insights on funnel performance, hiring velocity, candidate quality, and market trends.

  • Advise leaders on compensation, leveling, and competitive benchmarks for Sales and GTM roles.

  • Partner with the team on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and long-term GTM talent strategy.

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts that resonate with top sales talent and highlight LiveKit’s impact and culture.

Who You Are
  • 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a specific and strong focus on Sales and GTM roles in high-growth tech environments.

  • Proven success hiring quota-carrying sales talent, as well as roles in Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.

  • Deep sourcing expertise—comfortable identifying and engaging top-performing GTM candidates and navigating competitive talent markets.

  • Strong partnership skills—you’ve acted as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership and can influence decision-making with confidence.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with experience juggling multiple searches and maintaining tight candidate management.

  • Expertise with ATS platforms (Ashby and tools like notion, slack, covey (nice to have).

  • Metrics-driven approach—comfortable using data to assess pipeline health, hiring velocity, and sourcing effectiveness.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building scalable, repeatable recruiting processes.
