Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter, GTM to build the talent engine behind a category-defining AI company. You'll own end-to-end hiring across our most critical revenue-generating roles — from senior AEs and RevOps leaders to CSMs and GTM executives shaping how 1mind goes to market. This is a rare seat for a recruiter who thinks like a builder: someone who shows up with a deep network in high-growth startup GTM talent, who can identify the right candidate before the rest of the market does, and who treats recruiting like a sales function — except the pipeline is people.
You'll partner directly with the executive team to shape GTM hiring strategy, set the bar for revenue talent across the company, and bring in the people who will scale 1mind from breakout to category leader. You'll also build the recruiting process from the ground up — ATS, scorecards, calibration mechanisms, and reporting cadence. The bar is high, the pace is fast, and the work is enormously high leverage.
Key Responsibilities
• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles (AE, RevOps, CSM, sales engineering,
marketing, and GTM leadership)
• Build and convert pipeline directly from your network — not from generic outbound
• Partner with the executive team and hiring managers to define role scope, calibrate the
bar, and run a tight, high-conviction interview process
• Sell candidates on the mission, the product, and the team with the same rigor a top AE
sells the platform
• Stand up and continuously improve the GTM recruiting process — ATS hygiene,
scorecards, interview kits, calibration sessions, candidate experience, and pipeline
reporting
• Verify attainment with rigor — debriefs, peer references, deal walk-throughs — to
separate strong closers from candidates who rode a great territory
• Act as a culture carrier — protect the bar and represent 1mind in the broader GTM talent
market
Qualifications
Required
• 5-8+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience with strong outcomes hiring senior
AEs, RevOps, CSMs, and GTM leaders
• An active, current network in high-growth startup GTM circles you can tap on day one
• Experience as a first-in or among the first recruiters at an early- or growth-stage startup
— you've built recruiting infrastructure (ATS, scorecards, calibration, reporting) from zero
• Demonstrated ability to assess GTM talent across stage and motion (early-stage vs.
enterprise; PLG vs. sales-led; founder-led vs. mature ops)
• Operates like a top GTM hire: pipeline rigor, conviction, urgency, and an obsession with
conversion
• Strong AI fluency — uses modern AI tools daily as a force multiplier
Preferred
• Past experience hiring at companies that scaled rapidly during their breakout phase
• Track record building a GTM recruiting function from scratch and scaling it as the
company grew
• Strong writing instincts — your outreach reads like a great founder's, not a generic
recruiter sequence
• Comfort partnering with technical teammates and a future technical recruiting peer to set
a unified hiring bar across functions
