The Senior Recruiter is a full life-cycle role that will help us grow our DataRobot team globally.  Your expertise in identifying and engaging with qualified candidates will be instrumental in building a high-performing team that aligns with DataRobot's Operating Principles.  You will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, build talent pipelines, and hire exceptional talent in alignment with our business goals.

What does it take? 

  • Perform full life-cycle recruiting with the ability to utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with industry organizations.

  • Responsible for attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.

  • Core responsibility is to manage open job requisitions, update and manage Workday ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments. Will also compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, data, and analytics to team members and business leaders.

  • Work with hiring managers during intake to ensure external job postings are appropriately set, clearly understood, and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. 

  • Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high-quality results and improve customer and candidate experience. 

  • Develops and implements recruiting strategies from both a tactical and strategic perspective.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business needs and critical success factors.

Is this You? 

  • 5+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years performing in-house recruiting. 

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for senior-level roles. 

  • Proven success as a Senior Recruiter, using creative and traditional sourcing methods. 

  • LinkedIn proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media sites.

  • Previous sales recruiting experience within a high-volume setting. 

  • Possess excellent social, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a high level of initiative. 

  • Ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels.

  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, and remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives. 

  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and quality in all recruitment activities.

  • Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged, showing energy for and commitment to learning new and creative recruiting methods. 

  • Affinity for learning DataRobot’s product lines and technology and the ability to leverage that knowledge for promoting the brand and passionately articulating our outlook. 

Compensation Statement

The U.S. annual compensation range for this full-time position is between $127,500 and $199,500 USD/year. This range represents the annual base salary. Actual offers may be higher or lower than this range based on various factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s work location, job-related skills, experience, and education.
