Here at Mindera we are building a world-class team and would love for you to join us.

As a Senior React Native Developer, you will be responsible for building fluid and responsive user interfaces for iOS and Android using React Native, while also owning and managing the mobile release process end-to-end.

Around 60% of your time will be spent developing high-quality, user-centric features, and 40% will be focused on ensuring our software gets into the hands of users smoothly and reliably. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who enjoys coding but also thrives on process ownership, coordination, and communication.

You will work in a high-performing, self-motivated product development team and collaborate with other full-stack developers across different layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, so we value team players committed to good code and seamless delivery.

For this role, you need to be based in Brazil.

RequirementsHow you’ll make an impact
  • Build, maintain, and ship high-quality features for iOS and Android using React Native and TypeScript
  • Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive UI components
  • Integrate with well-known React Native libraries and back-end APIs (REST and GraphQL)
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, proactively resolving issues flagged by SonarCloud
  • Implement and manage feature flags using DevCycle (A/B testing, phased rollouts, rapid toggling)
  • Lead the fortnightly release process: cutting branches, cherry-picking fixes, submitting to App Store & Play Store
  • Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions
  • Host release sync meetings, manage release communications in Slack, align with backend teams
  • Maintain clear release documentation in Confluence and prepare compelling release notes
  • Monitor app performance with Datadog and Crashlytics, respond to PagerDuty alerts when needed
  • Gather and triage user feedback from Sprig surveys and app store reviews
  • Manage in-app content updates and forced updates through Contentful

You rock at:

  • React Native Expertise – Proven experience in React Native development, including integration with libraries and APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Testing Mindset – Strong focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation, with experience across the testing pyramid (including end-to-end tests)
  • Communication Skills – Exceptional communication abilities to support team integration, onboarding, and fast-paced collaboration
  • Architecting enterprise-grade cross-platform applications with React Native
  • 3+ years of professional experience with React Native & TypeScript
  • Strong Git skills (branching strategies, pull requests, cherry-pick)
  • Full mobile release lifecycle experience (iOS + Android)
  • Writing testable code and maintaining agreed coverage levels
  • Creating and implementing mobile UX/UI patterns
  • Communicating clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

You are good at:

  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • CI/CD processes, ideally with GitHub Actions
  • Monitoring & observability tools (Datadog, Crashlytics)
  • Content management systems like Contentful
  • Feature flagging platforms (DevCycle, LaunchDarkly)
  • Documentation in Confluence and code analysis with SonarCloud

What you will be doing:

  • Developing and maintaining mobile app features in a collaborative, Agile environment
  • Leading and executing the mobile release process, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments
  • Documenting processes and code clearly
  • Taking ownership of your work from development to deployment and maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving production issues quickly and effectively
  • Monitoring and improving application health and performance
  • Working both autonomously and collaboratively to complete tasks
  • Being an integral part of solutions design and implementation, from concept to release
