  • Lead and manage complex, multi-location R&D projects.

  • Mentor and support other project managers.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.

  • Champion best practices in project management.

Your background

  • Master’s degree in engineering or applied sciences.

  • 5+ years of experience in R&D or technical project management.

  • Familiarity with transformers and product development is a plus.

  • Skilled in project management tools and gate models.

  • Comfortable working in international, cross-cultural teams.
