We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with a strong player focus for a AAA title. Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will assist the QA Manager with team leadership, testing, and test plan creation at That's No Moon. You will work to help maintain a highly collaborative, transparent culture that is safe, and values innovation, diversity, and work-life balance. You will collaborate with other disciplines to create test plans for features, tools, and workflows to ensure development of a high quality game. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist leading the QA team with the production of a AAA game 
  • Build and execute test plans for features and workflows 
  • Work with outsource QA to execute the testing of features and workflows, with test plans and ad-hoc approaches 
  • Develop reports to update the studio on status of testing 
  • Regularly communicate with content creators, engineers, production, and QA leadership 
  • Create JIRAs to address deficiencies in the quality of the game 
  • Assist in triaging JIRAs (and validating JIRAs created from outsource QA) 
  • Assist QA leadership in defining QA processes 
  • Write and maintain relevant documentation 
  • Attend meetings to inform the QA team for specific pillars of the game 

Requirements & Skills: 

  • Shipped at least one game in a QA capacity. 
  • 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience 
  • Technical art expertise with a strong understanding of the engineering behind graphical issues 
  • Performance testing experience, including Unreal Insights, telemetry capture, and multiplatform stress testing 
  • Experience as a people leader 
  • Experience developing test plans from project goals and executing them. 
  • Experience working with offsite testing teams 
  • Unreal Engine experience. 
  • (Bonus) Experience working with an outsource team. 
  • (Bonus) JIRA and Testmo or test case repository experience 

Qualities: 

  • Ability to understand and convey high level vision. 
  • Work independently with minimal direction. 
  • Excellent communication skills visually, verbally and written. 
  • Good conflict resolution abilities across the varied disciplines. 

(This is a temporary “Project Hire” position. The anticipated duration of this assignment will vary. TNM Project Hire employees will be eligible to participate in a number of TNM benefit plans such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO)

TNM considers a number of factors when determining each role's base pay range, including industry benchmarks, location, experience, and other job specific skills. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for other incentive compensation including equity and profit share. The estimated base pay range for this role is U.S. only and not applicable for locations outside of the U.S.

The estimated base pay range for this role is: $84,000 - $109,000
