  • Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and understand data structures.
  • Experience building internal tools, utilities, or applications that solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of user experience principles and ability to create intuitive interfaces for non-technical users.
  • Experience with automation and process improvement through code-based solutions.
  • Experience debugging and resolving data issues, with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a role that involves Python development and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with P&C insurance is a plus.
The base salary for this role can range from $120,000 to $145,000 based on a full-time work schedule. An individual’s ultimate compensation will vary depending on job-related skills and experience, geographic location, alignment with market data, and equity among other team members with comparable experience
