JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a passionate SR. Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving peak performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient coordination and execution of projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall brand performance. This role will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning/ scope definition, project scheduling, stakeholder communication to drive successful project outcomes, and delivery on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
  • Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.

  • Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.

  • Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.

  • Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions 

  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.

  • Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques.

  • Provides resolution to an assortment of problems of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

  • Exercises judgment within defined policies, procedures, and practices to determine appropriate action.

  • Contributions to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives.

  • Primarily intra-organizational with occasional inter-organizational and external customer contacts on routine matters.

  • Builds productive internal and/or external working relationships.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and effectively manage projects, budgets, and timelines.

  • Ability to work independently and within a group environment.

  • Excellent and professional communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a variety of complex issues and demands.

  • Preferred: Master’s / Graduate Degree / PMP Certification

Position Location:

North Carolina

Compensation Range:

$61,400.00 - $109,600.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
