Ghost Story Games is a self-publishing game development studio founded by Ken Levine (Creative Director of System Shock 2, Bioshock, and Bioshock Infinite) and former Irrational Games developers.  The studio’s mission is to create narrative-driven experiences rooted in immersive world building and gameplay.

WHO WE ARE:
Ghost Story Games is a self-publishing game development studio owned by Take-Two Interactive, located in the greater-Boston area. Our studio designed and released award-winning games, such as System Shock 2, BioShock and BioShock Infinite. We are currently working on our next project and would love for you to be part of our team.
THE CHALLENGE

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the game release schedule. Prior game development experience is required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain the project roadmap with clear milestones.
  • Drive alignment on milestones, expectations, and timelines.
  • Identify misalignments and develop risk mitigation plans.
  • Prepare reports to update leadership and production of project status and tasking.
  • Work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Coordinate and assist with presentations as they relate to the release schedule

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Game Development experience is required
  • Shipped at least 1 title of a similar scope is required
  • Experience with project management tools and software
  • Strong working knowledge of the game development lifecycle
  • Ability to self-prioritize effectively and be extremely organized
  • Flexibility and comfort working in small and nimble teams
