Victor is seeking candidates for the Senior Project Manager role in Broomfield , CO office.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop short and long-range plans that support key business strategies. Define overall project direction, scope, and objectives, identify resources, and develop an effective implementation and control strategy on non-technical initiatives (Some technology components possible).
  • Understand project dependencies, identify project risks and obstacles, and develop solutions and mitigation plans to overcome.
  • Report overall project status and progress and drive projects to delivery on-time, within budget and with high-quality results
  • Prepare business reviews for discussions with external partners.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Maintain regular contact with external partners for collection and dissemination of joint data and other information needs.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all ICAT personnel, business partners, and vendors.
  • Critically evaluate and assess large amounts of complex information and data from multiple sources to identify business improvement needs and develop logical recommendations and solutions.
  • Review and understand existing procedures, policies, practices, and products quickly. Understand business and technology environments, application, and process capabilities.
  • Conduct research which may include reviewing financial statements, evaluating competitors, and analyzing business practices. Organize and interpret information to identify meaningful business, industry and market trends resulting in contributions to the development of a new business model, process, or product.
  • Create and deliver presentation of findings and recommendations to Senior and Executive levels within the company.
  • Lead or contribute to Business Requirement definition process.

What you need to have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related area of study (MBA a plus).
  • A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, insurance industry a plus.

Marsh McLennan is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,400 to $190,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
