But infrastructure is more than just projects—it’s about unlocking potential and creating lasting change. As we continue to grow our presence in the Alberta market, we’re building relationships with individuals who can help us deliver the high standard we’re known for.

The Role

We are seeking to connect with experienced professionals for anticipated public-sector project opportunities. While specific project requirements may evolve, these engagements are expected to support the delivery of projects within active municipal and provincial environments, such as government buildings, civic facilities, administrative offices, courthouses, and other public-sector building assets. Experience working within municipal, provincial, or broader public-sector environments is strongly preferred.

You will act as a trusted advisor to public-sector clients, navigating complex stakeholder environments while supporting the delivery of projects that improve operational efficiency, building performance, and long-term asset resilience.

  • Support governance, decision-making, and successful transition of upgraded or newly delivered spaces into operational use

What You’ll Bring

  • 8–10+ years of project management experience, including direct experience within municipal, provincial, public-sector, or similarly complex occupied building environments
  • Demonstrated experience delivering capital, infrastructure, or enabling projects such as renovations, retrofits, space reconfigurations, or building system upgrades
  • Strong ability to manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder coordination
  • Experience working in public-sector or similarly regulated, stakeholder-heavy environments where operational continuity is critical
  • Confident client-facing communicator with the ability to provide clear updates, recommendations, and guidance to municipal and/or provincial stakeholders

  • Calm, solutions-focused leadership style with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-impact environments
  • PMP designation or equivalent certification considered an asset
  • Ability to work on-site at client and project sites across Alberta as required by project needs

Why This Role Matters

Public-sector building projects often happen behind the scenes, but they have a direct impact on how communities' access and experience government services.
