Manage client relationships and drive adoption of the StackAdapt platform. Responsible for campaign management, optimization, and account expansion opportunities with Enterprise brands and agencies.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Client Services, you’ll play an integral role in client relationships and driving adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, and account expansion opportunities across Enterprise brands and agencies. You’ll work closely with your Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI of our customers.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company. We are prioritizing candidates on the East coast, USA for this role.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals
- Work alongside your Account Executives in leading the RFP process, proposals and presentation to Enterprise brands and agencies
- Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting on their campaign goals, providing strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs
- Deep client mapping and account planning expertise
- Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
- Participate in the identification of upselling opportunities and improve services such as the development of tools, procedures and reports aimed to increase efficiency
- Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance on a regular basis
- In-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
What you'll bring to the table:
- 6+ years of experience in Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience running Google Ad Words, Facebook Ads or executed through a DSP as a self-serve user
- Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence
- Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue
- Skilled up-selling to unlock new revenue streams across your book of business
- Experience in the RFP process; putting together proposals, working cross-functionally internally, and presenting concepts to clients
- The ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas
- Experience working with complex databases is a plus
