SUMMARY
The Senior Program Manager will oversee and manage large-scale high-complexity software implementation, conversion and integration programs from inception to completion for clients within the financial services industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in program management, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop and implement program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program goals are achieved within constraints.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including technical, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Regularly interact with internal and external leadership, including executives, acting as the primary escalation point.
- Create and maintain program documentation, including standard artifacts and reporting dashboards.
- Define and manage program governance (controls). Actively manage risks and issues, taking appropriate corrective measures.
- Maintain a forward-looking view of assigned programs, anticipating issues before they arise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team.
- Interpret contract terms and manage program scope and deliverables accordingly.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Q2’s compensation reflects the cost of labor across a variety of U.S. geographic markets, and we pay based upon the applicant’s geographic location as well as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
This position is an exempt position and the range for this position for New York City, Seattle and the San Francisco Bay Area-based roles is $158,000.00-$207,000.00For New York state (outside New York City), Washington state (outside Seattle), California (outside the San Francisco Bay Area), and Colorado-based roles, the anticipated base salary range for this position is $147,000.00-$196,000.00Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the applicant’s actual geographic location during the hiring process. Salary ranges for Sales positions are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission). A variable bonus and/or restricted stock unit grant may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
