Job Duties and Responsibilities
Gen Mobile is committed to making wireless service affordable and accessible for all. We're seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Program Manager to drive cross-functional marketing initiatives for our prepaid and Lifeline wireless business. In this role, you'll oversee multiple related projects, manage dependencies, and ensure successful execution across teams and functions, ensuring alignment with brand goals, timelines, and performance targets. This role is for someone with excellent communication skills who can connect the dots across teams, remove roadblocks, and help us move fast in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the day-to-day lead for projects/programs that span legal, product, operations, finance, marketing, fulfillment, and assist with and complete the tasks in the gaps
  • Work with the Director of Marketing and Creative Director to define program scope, business requirements, goals, success metrics, and timelines in alignment with organizational strategy
  • Manage program budgets, timelines, resources, and risks to ensure successful execution
  • Monitor program performance, resolve issues, and escalate roadblocks when necessary
  • Ensure program goals are met while upholding quality, cost, and time constraints
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to leadership and stakeholders
  • Implement best practices in program governance, documentation, and reporting

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years relevant work experience in marketing operations, project management, production, or program management
  • Experience using Project Management Software (Asana, Trello, Jira, Wrike, HIVE, or equivalent)
  • Creative or Marketing Agency experience is preferred but not required.
  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Wireless experience is a plus

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross-functionally with many departments and levels within the organization
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Self-motivated with strong, analytical and problem-solving skills; familiarity with problem-solving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,543.00/Year - $137,885.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
