Our HQ is in San Francisco, but this position can be remote from anywhere in North America.

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager at Fluxon, you’ll lead, organize, and drive software teams and operational efficiencies across complex, high-impact initiatives.

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about building strong teams and creating meaningful impact. While responsibilities may vary across projects, you will:

  • Support project teams with project setup, scoping, negotiations & prioritization. 
  • Advise clients on roadmaps, priorities & changing needs under tight deadlines.
  • Where applicable, provide product or project guidance to all stakeholders. 
  • Assist project teams by tracking, documenting, and reporting on project initiatives.
  • Detailed written & verbal communication to all stakeholders including project teams, clients & executives. 
  • Support key project leads on current and potential future work.
  • Learn fast while working independently and reliably.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in managing complex programs in a fast-paced consultancy or enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise software environments & project setup.
  • Strong client management skills, with experience working with large tech clients.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact solutions while managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ability to support cross-functional teams, driving collaboration across engineering, design, and product teams.
  • Experience with risk management, conflict resolution, and decision-making in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What we offer

Our salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
