What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, driving long-term growth.
• Lead and mentor Engagement Managers while managing complex programs and multiple projects.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, aligning solutions with client objectives.
• Oversee schedules and task assignments and ensure seamless execution.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on-budget engagements.
• Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within consulting or professional services.
• Proven success in leading enterprise software deployments and managing multiple, concurrent client engagements.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.

Certifications & More

• Required: PMP or PgMP certification.
• Preferred: ITIL, SAFe, or Agile certifications (CSM/CSPO).

Note: Base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000 USD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
