Lead cross functional initiatives to decommission the legacy system, implement new Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) functionalities, and deliver user-requested business enhancements within the Red Hat Sales Cloud (RHSC) and Salesforce CRM (Customer Resource Management) platform.

*Telecommuting role to be performed anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the end-to-end program management of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) requirements including implementation, migration, and user enablement.

  • Manage the design and delivery of customized workflows, approval matrixes, and price rule configurations aligned with regional and business specific requirements.

  • Manage global project tracking using Jira and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and delivery.

  • Analyze and improve system performance by introducing automation.

  • Design and implement the Dataverse Intake method, including automation of intake form submission to generate Jira stories directly.

  • Act as program and coordination lead for Dataverse migration from source system to snowflake, ensuring alignment between technical teams, data product owners, and business stakeholders.

  • Drive business coordination and lead the third party tax integration, including managing stakeholder communication, coordinating UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and overseeing implementation timelines.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with: applying Agile methodologies to lead programs and projects, including facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing product backlogs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery across teams; and leading cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment across departments to achieve program objectives.

  • Must have four (4) years of experience with: Business Intelligence tools to build dashboards, track performance metrics, and analyze complex datasets to generate actionable business insights; analyzing and optimizing business processes, designing workflow automations, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency; and gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and working with technical teams to implement solutions.

  • Must have three (3) years of experience with: integrating CRM and ERP systems by executing data mapping, applying transformation logic, and ensuring data transfers across platforms; and Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and complex pricing and product
    configurations.

The salary range for this position is $125,653 - $191,840/year. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
