What You'll Do

As a Senior Program Manager at Edmentum, you'll play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation and delivering high-impact programs that shape the future of education. You'll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes. This is a role for a seasoned PMO practitioner who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who is energized by the chance to elevate how the entire organization gets work done.

In this role you will:

  • Lead enterprise-level programs from start to finish, managing multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Drive transformation initiatives that matter, including process redesign, operational improvements, and change enablement across diverse teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing decisions and translating complex information into actionable insights.
  • Champion PMO excellence by contributing to standards, templates, and best practices that elevate program management discipline across the organization.
  • Own outcomes and impact, ensuring programs deliver measurable business results while proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.
  • Foster collaboration and integration, working across functions to break down silos and create solutions for systemic challenges.
  • Mentor peers and uplift program management capabilities, leading initiatives that strengthen organizational agility and delivery discipline.
Who You Are
  • You have 7+ years of progressive program management experience leading complex, enterprise-level programs from strategy through delivery.
  • You bring strong transformation acumen, with hands-on experience in solution design, process re-engineering, and organizational change.
  • You are skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, and you adapt your approach to fit the needs of each initiative.
  • You have a strong command of governance frameworks, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking.
  • You are an expert with program management and planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and proficient with workflow, knowledge management, and BI tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI).
  • You are strong and comfortable operating in technical environments and partnering with technical teams on solution design.
  • You communicate with clarity and confidence, translating complex information into compelling insights for senior stakeholders.
  • You are a strategic thinker who influences without direct authority and thrives on building cross-functional alignment.
  • You bring an inclusive, collaborative mindset that fosters teamwork and champions organizational values.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$110,000$125,000 USD

At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
