What you'll do:
- Work closely with Sales, GTM, & Product teams to drive the commercial success of our top-priority products & programs.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills, and an ability to self-direct.
- Help our Sales leaders & Stakeholders to see the "bigger picture" and highlight x-org dependencies.
- Drive alignment across our Sales, GTM & Product organizations through clear communication and change management practices. Ensure stakeholders are properly engaged at the right stages in the project lifecycle.
- Orchestrate alignment between Enterprise GTM and Product teams to deliver the greatest value for customers.
- Develop and maintain program plan (scoping, identifying resource needs, managing timelines, determining appropriate team meeting cadence & rituals, managing dependencies and risks, championing change management, etc.)
- Manage cross-functional and cross-geo collaboration - our teams span the globe, and so do our programs.
- Define program rituals, such as planning sessions, business reviews, retros, roles and responsibilities play, and more.
- Collaborate with other program managers to implement new or refine existing processes and framework, as the GTM organization continues to evolve and scale.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships, influence a cross-functional leadership team, and use organizational skills to navigate ambiguity.
- Manage and navigate tradeoffs and risks for the execution of new product launches at Atlassian.
- Collaborate with other program managers to implement new or refine existing processes and framework, as the GTM organization continues to evolve and scale.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy roles, preferably at a senior level within a global organization.
- Core strengths around written and verbal communication, infectious positive energy, resilience and high adaptability, and a sense of urgency with strategy and a clear vision.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior executives to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders on content, communications, and decision-making.
- Expertise in establishing operational cadences and processes, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from inception through execution.
Skills:
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership presence and ability to manage and influence senior executives.
- Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and implement effective, scalable solutions.
