Resource Innovations is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Experiential Events to lead our growing team in Hartford, CT. This hybrid role requires travel and offers a unique opportunity to lead and scale mobile exhibit programs focused on energy efficiency and beneficial electrification. As the Senior Program Manager, Experiential Events, you will oversee the Energize CT Mobile Exhibit, manage the Northeast Experiential Lab rental program, and support additional mobile exhibit teams. You will be instrumental in launching our first multi-year Experiential Events program and operationalizing a new revenue-generating rental model. You will be responsible for prospecting and booking events, managing all logistics, leading setup, activation, and teardown on-site, serving as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing staff, and completing post-event reporting. This position is ideal for someone who can inspire field teams, troubleshoot logistics, and translate technical content into engaging real-world experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day lead for the Energize CT Experiential Lab program.
- Oversee end-to-end event execution, including scheduling, site coordination, staffing, logistics, and impact reporting.
- Manage the Northeast Lab rental business, including project scoping, pricing, contract execution, and event execution.
- Launch and supervise operations for additional mobile exhibits, ensuring consistency in training, quality, and customer engagement.
- Ensure exhibit assets are well-maintained, compliant, and deployed with precision.
- Supervise Field Managers, Brand Ambassadors, and Event Contractors.
- Work closely with internal departments—including sales, creative, delivery, and client services—to drive integrated program success.
- Represent RI in client meetings and planning calls, ensuring clear communication and collaborative alignment.
- Lead the development and execution of training materials, event playbooks, and on-site activation protocol.
- Track engagement and operational KPIs to quantify event success and budget adherence.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the greater Hartford, CT area.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in experiential marketing, field program management, or mobile tour operations.
- Proven success managing multi-market outreach programs.
- Strong event logistics, vendor coordination, and budgeting skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with considerable travel, including weekends.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
Preferred skills, education and experience
- Experience with energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability programs a plus.
- PMP or Event Management certifications are a plus.
- Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
