GEO Senior Program Manager (EMEA)
The Senior Program Manager is a key leader within apiphani’s growing Global Enterprise Operations organization. This role combines strategic leadership, client engagement, and business growth responsibilities. The individual will oversee complex SAP and technology related programs, drive delivery excellence, and play an integral role in expanding apiphani’s footprint in a new global markets-and-regions.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, commercial acumen, and delivery management expertise across four-primary-pillars:
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead complex SAP, non-SAP and technology migrations, upgrades, consulting and transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives and client outcomes.
- Oversee planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional delivery teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.
- Ensure governance, reporting, and quality standards are consistently applied across all engagements.
- Champion best practices in delivery management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Serve as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, building trusted relationships at executive and operational levels.
- Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and maximize the value of apiphani’s solutions.
- Partner with clients to shape roadmaps and ensure alignment between business goals and delivery strategy.
- Manage overall client satisfaction, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of service delivery performance.
Sales Enablement & Business Growth:
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within existing accounts and new markets.
- Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and pricing strategies to support business expansion.
- Support market entry and growth efforts in a new global region, helping to establish client relationships, partnerships, and delivery capabilities.
- Provide input into go-to-market strategies and regional account planning.
Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Mentor and guide ETO and wider delivery teams to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer success.
- Contribute to organizational strategy, including continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Represent apiphani in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships as a senior leader.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience managing complex SAP or enterprise IT transformation programs, ideally within consulting or managed services organizations.
- Demonstrated success in start-up or high-growth environments, with the ability to establish structure, processes, and scalable delivery models.
- Cross-sector and cross-functional expertise, with a track record of successfully delivering technology and business transformation initiatives across multiple industries and disciplines.
- Experience in global technology firms or fast-paced, matrixed organizations where cross-regional collaboration and influence are key.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams, inspiring excellence across technical and business functions.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and client relationship management skills with a track record of driving account growth and client satisfaction.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability; adept at balancing delivery rigor with entrepreneurial agility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at executive and C-suite levels.
