Job Purpose:
The Senior Consultant, Digital Program Management will set and evolve the digital acquisition strategy under the direction of the Director, Lending Experience. This crucial role is responsible for setting and implementing the consumer-focused digital strategy, ensuring our products reach consumers effectively. Key tasks involve industry analysis, assessing current capabilities, planning future states, creating business cases, securing funding, prioritizing initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive core business growth
Job Responsibilities:
- Growth: Drive growth in the core business through effective digital strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience of utilizing API driven integrations in acquisition product management
- Results Orientation: Ensuring the value of projects deliver key outcomes.
- Lending Regulation: Knowledge on how financial service regulation impacts digital acquisition. Consumer Advocacy: Champion the consumer in the digital evolution of our lending protection products.
- Multi-Channel Optimization: Optimize a multi-channel B2B2C business model using digital and marketing capabilities.
- Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a data-driven digital strategy and roadmap to enable digital distribution of our products.
- Collaboration and Mentorship: Build strong working relationships across the enterprise to align cross-functional resources.
- Industry Analysis: Conduct industry analysis to understand market trends and competitive landscape.
- Current State Assessment: Assess current digital capabilities and identify improvement areas.
- Future Planning: Envision potential future states for digital product development.
- Business Case Development: Create compelling business cases for new digital initiatives.
- Funding Advocacy: Advocate for and secure funding for prioritized digital projects.
- Prioritization: Prioritize digital initiatives across the product suite.
- Agile Environment: Operate effectively in an agile environment to adapt quickly to changes.
- Resource Alignment: Ensure effective collaboration and alignment of cross-functional resources.
- Project Delivery: Achieve timely and within-budget execution of digital projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance digital capabilities to meet consumer needs.

Job Requirements:
- Advanced degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in business, technology or related field.
- 6 - 8 years of project management experience effectively leading large, complex programs with significant change impact, multiple dependencies within and across organizational boundaries

10+ years of experience working in digital product management, preferably in financial services.

Demonstrated success in creating and managing a portfolio of scalable technology enablement services that drive to marketable business growth

Ability to create and execute multi-year roadmaps that deliver consistent value.

B2B2C business model experience with knowledge of the complexities and opportunities.

Experience working with B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partners in finance or professional services; comfortable with B2C products.

Demonstrated ability to assess risk, create, execute, and manage business and technology strategies at both the product and program level to deliver results.

Experience working with financial services technology partners like Loan Origination Systems, Loan Applications, core and digital banking platforms

Product domain expertise spanning the customer discovery, planning, and product development process; deep understanding of customer-centric product practices.

Experience using lean start-up, design thinking, agile frameworks, and behavioral economics.

Exceptional leadership skills; naturally collaborative and able to work directly with a team as well as cross-functionally without direct managerial authority.

Highly analytical; excel at leveraging customer research and analytics to drive product decisions.

Understanding of the interdependency of technology(including API’s), digital marketing, CX and ecommerce capabilities

Demonstrated ability to assess risk, create, execute, measure, and manage diverse initiatives based on consumer data-driven insights.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.
Base Salary Range:
$119,100.00 - $178,700.00
