Chime is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), supporting the execution of high-priority, high-visibility, cross functional initiatives that shape Chime’s strategic direction. This role acts as a "GM for hire," spearheading a rotating portfolio of transformative programs across the organization handpicked as mission critical by our C-Suite. The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits.
In this role, you can expect to:- Be self-driven and lead end-to-end ownership of cross-cutting strategic, cross functional projects and programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Effectively turn ambiguity into clear structure with minimal oversight
- Proactively plan against changing circumstances and risks
- Build influential big picture storylines and communicate these narratives to build buy-in, adoption and drive results
- Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive accountability, accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs and processes to drive scalability, increase velocity, and progress our business strategy
- A Bachelor's Degree, with 8 years of experience in a strategy, business operations, program management, and/or consulting role.
- Exceptional ability devising simple, scalable solutions to complex problems, complemented by outstanding project and program management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a proven track record of effectively interacting with and presenting to C-Suite and Senior leaders across different teams, such as product, engineering, and marketing
- Demonstrated success in highly cross-functional settings and ability to thrive in influence without authority environments
- Ownership mentality, with the ability to identify and solve challenges independently and execute with minimal guidance, including proactive risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Sharp problem solving skills, navigating through ambiguity, with strong planning and prioritization habits
- Skilled at managing multiple work streams simultaneously in a rapidly changing environment, balancing a keen attention to detail with big-picture thinking
