Leidos Defense Group has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Finance Analyst to support the IDCS program on the Sentinel vehicle. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial aspects of programs in support of the Air Force and Defense Agencies (AFDA) Division within the DigMod sector.
As a key member of the program team, you will work directly with the program manager to help define the program's goals and objectives. Responsibilities include financial forecasting - including Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis, internal and external reporting, and cash forecasting and management.
Position can be 100% telecommute.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present financial forecasts, reports and analysis
- Serve as liaisons between the Program Team and cross-functional departments to perform financial research
- Develop and maintain Estimate at Completion (EACs), monthly and quarterly business reviews (IPR), AOP and Quarterly Forecast
- Responsible for financial performance of the program to include the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Monthly/Quarterly forecast and FP&A activities
- Help Program Managers identify programmatic risk and opportunities that will impact program financials while recommending cost reductions and ways to mitigating risk
- Month-end closings and variance/trend analyses
- Manage subcontractors and material purchases
- Manage Service Center projections and facilities costs
- Prepare on-contract growth proposals for customers
Required Qualifications:
- Requires BS and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience, additional years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient in handling various contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Level of Effort (LOE), Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF), and Time & Materials (T&M).
- Highly meticulous with a keen eye for accuracy, ensuring precision in financial and contractual documentation.
- Skilled in utilizing advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis tools to support reporting and decision-making.
- Extensive experience working within the government contracting industry, with a deep understanding of compliance, regulations, and financial management best practices.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (US Citizenship Required)

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
