Leidos is looking for an individual to work in our Program Management office supporting one of our most important customers, the Army Corps of Engineers.
This customer operates in and maintains a highly demanding mission environment and requires our support to provide expert technical and professional management support to the commands enterprise Information Technology (IT) services. The Program Analyst provides administrative, finance, contractual support and expertise enabling the successful execution of the program. This critical role provides the foundation for the technical, logistics, and service operations to plan and execute their contractual obligations to both the Government and Leidos Corporate Stakeholders.
This position will report directly to the Program Manager with regular interaction with the Deputy Program Manager and Government POCs.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the business of program to include finance, contracts, subcontracts, projects, modifications, and staffing.
Interface directly with the Leidos Program Manager, Deputy PM, Functional Managers, PMO Staffing Team Lead, technical staff, proposal team, and corporate finance/contracts/subcontracts representatives.
Assist with tracking staffing and staffing changes to include charge numbers, WADs, job requisitions, new hire coordination and documents, subcontract actions for new hires, and staffing metrics.
Provide analysis services that would include, but not limited to providing documentation, project/process management, and assisting with development of policies, plans, and procedures.
Administer and update Microsoft SharePoint site(s) with relevant program/process information.
Manage policy changes through program life.
Assist with reviewing and revising guidance.
Communicate and track actions taken by Stakeholders using collaborative tools (e.g., Teams)
Provide project management expertise to manage communications/change management plans.
Document new/modified processes, workflows, and/or procedures within the program.
Assist with reviewing and revising plans and communicate any changes to external stakeholders.
Manage and respond to stakeholder inquiries for various projects/programs.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 4 years’ of prior relevant experience or Masters with (2)+ years of prior relevant experience; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience with Document Sharing software.
Strong written communication skills (including technical writing/editing skills) --Microsoft Word experience.
Strong verbal communication .
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio).
Clearance Required:
Active Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
GSA background.
Experience working on FFP, T&M, CR, and hybrid contracts.
Experience with and knowledge of FAR, DFAR and other Government regulations.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Able to effectively influence and develop strong relationships.
Experience with Market Data Collection.
Research experience.

Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
