Job Description:
What You'll Do

  • The Senior Professional Service Management Specialists is responsible for the operational excellence of the contingent workforce operations. They will drive strong, collaborative, and cross functional relationships with stakeholders and guide business partners relationship to ensure excellent customer service, compliance and effectiveness. Collaborates with business partners to identify, define, scope and implement non-employee staffing solutions for various contingent labor category.


How You'll Do It

  • Understand business needs and build the program to support various contingent worker engagements via SOW's or full cycle requisitions. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key team members and stakeholders through regular communication and status updates throughout the length of engagements.
  • Ensures data accuracy and integrity within the VMS tool used to track non-employees and secure data quality performance and perform specialized reporting in all change management activities including onboarding compliance, rate and end date changes and offboarding.
  • Ensure contingent labor supplier performance optimization and adherence to operational policies, procedures and compliance guidelines. Manage supplier performance relating to responsiveness and operational activities via established SLAs and KPIs.
  • Supervise and mitigate supplier risks to drive supplier compliance with compliance trainings completions, offboarding's and issue resolutions.
  • Performs regular check-in meetings with suppliers about performance and operational activities pending and expectation of future engagements to ensure they are set up for success.


Qualifications Youll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Business Administration and Management, Communications, or related.
  • 4+ years Related experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities
  • 2+ years Global procurement experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities
  • In Lieu of Education, 6+ years of global procurement experience with a proven track record measured by increased responsibilities

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Masters Business Administration and Management, Arts, or related
  • Experience in Excel
  • Experience in VNDLY or similar VMS tool
  • Strong communication skills

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
